Meet Dr. Long
Dr Long has a strong belief in preventative and early detection medicine primarily in how that pertains to geriatrics and oncology patients. Her areas of interest include oncology (both chemotherapy and surgical aspects), soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and diagnostic ultrasound.
Dr Long is a member of AVMA and SEAVMA. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Long enjoys traveling, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, and soaking up the simple joys of Southern life with her family and pets. Dr Long and her husband, Dean, have one daughter, Morgan (3), A golden retriever, Dunkin, and A tuxedo cat, Delilah.

Meet Dr. Holland
Dr. Kirk Holland has been practicing companion animal medicine and surgery in Dothan, AL for over 25 years. He graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine with honor and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honor from Auburn University at Montgomery. After graduation Dr. Holland was awarded the College of Veterinary Medicine Young Achievers Award. Dr. Holland is member of the American, Alabama, and Southeast Alabama Veterinary Medical Associations.
He is past president of the Alabama,Greater Dothan, and Southeast Alabama Veterinary Medical Associations. He has chaired and served on numerous committees of the Alabama Veterinary Medical Association. Kirk is married to Kathleen and they have a son, Will. They also have a Goldendoodle named Sam, and a Labradoodle named Josie. The Holland’s are active members of Logos Baptist Church and when not caring for pets and their people, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and being outdoors.
